We provide a wide range of luxury beauty services including eyelash extensions, lash & brow perming (laminations), brow enhancements (tinting, shaping, waxing) and custom facial treatments.

Is Mirada Lashes & Aesthetics Co. Licensed & Insured?
Yes all artists are fully licensed by the state of Connecticut, and insured to provide beauty services. Our licensure ensures that we meet the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and expertise. In addition, we are also covered by a comprehensive insurance to protect clients in the event of any unexpected incidents during services.

How do I book?

Why are deposits collected?
Upon making an appointment with us we request a $15 NON-refundable deposit. This reserves your appointment and is deducted from your total upon check out.

What are your policies?
In order to book with us all clients must agree, acknowledge, and accept policies and their corresponding conditions. Unfortunately no exceptions can be made as we operate by appointment only.
Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of $15 is required to secure your booking. This deposit is deducted from the total service.
Rescheduling: Rescheduling must be done minimum 48 hours PRIOR to the appointment to avoid a fee.Anything after 48 hours is subject to a charge of 50% of the service.Deposit can be carried over ONE time to a new date and time.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be done minimum 48 hours PRIOR to the appointment to avoid a fee. Anything after 48 hours is subject to a charge of 50% of the service.Same day cancellations are subject to 100% charge of the remaining balance.
No-Show Policy: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the service cost. Client will not be able to rebook.
Late Arrival: Arriving late may result in a shortened or rescheduled service. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled, and the remaining balance of the services is due.

Are consulations Offered?
We offer complimentary consultations in person. We advise clients new to eyelash extensions to book a consultation in order to receive a patch test. Patch tests must be done minimum 3 days prior to scheduled full set appointment. Skin consultations are also welcomed.

What is considered a new client?
We implement a two tier pricing model that differentiates our new clients & existing. For eyelash extensions returning clients full sets are offered at a discounted rate. Discounted rate is honored when client returns within 1 calendar year from their last visit. Otherwise they are considered a new client. In addition we also follow this model for brow waxing clients. Returning clients must book prior to 8 weeks with respect to the natural brow hair growth cycle. See HERE for pricing.

Do you offer Foreign Fills?
Unfortunately we do NOT accept fill appointments from clients with eyelash extensions from another establishment.

Can I book multiple services in one day?
We encourage our clients to bundle their services in one visit. All our services listed include the time required to successfully complete. This allows clients to be aware how much time they will need to allocate upon their visit.

How do I know what facial service is right for me?
All new clients are encouraged to book our new client facial. Upon booking clients are to fill out an intake form that helps customize their first facial. Post facial each client receives a comprehensive assessment and next steps to kickstart the beginning of their skincare journey.
