By agreeing to the policies, you acknowledge and accept the conditions.

  1. Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of $15 is required to secure your booking. This deposit is deducted from the total service.

  2. Rescheduling: Rescheduling must be done minimum 48 hours PRIOR to the appointment to avoid a fee.Anything after 48 hours is subject to a charge of 50% of the service.Deposit can be carried over ONE time to a new date and time.

  3. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be done minimum 48 hours PRIOR to the appointment to avoid a fee. Anything after 48 hours is subject to a charge of 50% of the service.Same day cancellations are subject to 100% charge of the remaining balance.

  4. No-Show Policy: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the service cost. Client will not be able to rebook.

  5. Late Arrival: Arriving late may result in a shortened or rescheduled service. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled, and the remaining balance of the services is due.
